Thanks Eric, by the way... we are doing a servanthood campaign. Using Willow's participant guides (Volunteer Revolution) as a help, but devising our own sign-up & celebration strategy. Decided our #1 staff goal for the next 12 months is increasing the number of people involved and taking the quality of their experience up a notch or two.
