What has been our greatest success?

Jan: Putting my life into congregation leaders and helping them grow. Things are are happening.

Gaer is a representative of this. He started a church that went from 80 to 400 in a year.

What has worked well?

The Mission is clear. We know what we want with the church.

We challenge each person to have their own mission. Great things come from this.

What is "stuck"?

Fast growth has meant a lack of leaders.

What has been your biggest surprise?

I never stop being surprised.
