What has been our greatest success?

Finding key connection points to connect with people. In a religious county, religion doesn't connect especially with young people. A key connection point is the desire of young people to become leaders: technology, systems. Good leaders are a high value in a free trade environment.

Character is a neglected key to developing leadership.

What is "stuck"?

People in churches are not interested in being salt and light. None came to a conference on salt and light. Changed to developing non-Christians and it was a greater success.

Focusing more on young business leaders.
