Current reality: San Salvador 300,000; High levels of violence, unwed mothers. Current ministry situation. Abundance of evangelical churches. Unemployment is at 30-40%. A good network of relationships. 2 CCC people have been assigned to help. 8-10% members of the church are small business owners. Successful past prayer walks. Divided church. Bad track record of city projects. Pastors are apprehensive. No vision for the city.
