Current Situation: We have people who are not senior pastors leading this. Isolated Sr. pastors. Post modern city, diverse, crime etc.

Heathly individual churches. Kingdom Causes and Hope for long beach. Brad Fieldhouse is leading an umbrella movment of prayer and relationships.

Critical Path

1. Prayer

a. Montly gathering that moves from church to church.

b. Vision forward prayer.

2. Relationships

a. Find connectors (most pastors in LB are introverts).

b. Bishops of the city discipling.

c. Key leaders taken to other cities to observe city reaching there.

3. Service

a. Aggressively seek resourcing efforts

b. Identify and train 10 churches in acts of mercy
