Current reality: City govt. is in debt. High cost of housing. Many immigrants. Many homeless. Large military population.

7 staff with CCC in city building. Campus ministry is retooling. No budget. No help yet from business. Some networks of people. Pastor prayer networks. Relationship with Harbor PCA.
