Augustin becomes a city director.

Augustin Garduno recently left his position as the National Director of the Campus Crusade for Christ ministry in Mexico City.

He has become a city coordinator for Mexico City.

After praying with his wife about their contribution in ministry, they decided that they could make a different contribution.

3 reasons for this decision.

First, In my opinion, any position is temporary. It is good to give positions like National Director to younger leaders.

Second, 14 years traveling 20 days a month is very tiring. Also there were other great difficulties.

Third, is the issue of focus. Traveling around Mexico, I feel like I leave a piece of myself in each place but the evidence of my work there is very small. We want to focus all of our energy and faith in one place, and see more tangible results.

Some affirmed this decision, others said that it was foolish. Some thought it was foolish to step down the organizational chart to a "lower" position. I am not in this business, my business is the Kingdom. I will invest all of my life in the city and leave the results to God.

We will try many things while we have the time and energy. The things I am hearing from you make sense. I look forward to seeing transformation.
