Eric's Debrief

We took a step deeper to tell what the Gospel is: unpacking the gospel in a way that can’t be bifurcated. We can rediscover what Jesus lived as he preached the gospel.

Every follower of Christ must have someone outside of their family that they minister to but from whom they can receive nothing in return.

What would it look like if we said, “you become a member of this church when you can bring me the name of the person to whom you minister for nothing in return.

The gospel is not just cognitive beliefs but a way of life.

The power of a group like this is that we each can contribute to how to actually do these things and learn the answers together.

Our purpose is to bring unity of purpose to the whole church. Every group has only so much energy. We need to have unity of purpose, not just unity of fellowship. But if you spread unity on kingdom purpose, those seeds will make a difference.
